Soon to be Californian

Friday morning I begin the road trip to Cali. In 4 days I'll arrive and begin my new residence in the Bay Area. Please pray for our trip - for safety, for no mishaps, and for a fun time!

Running out of vacation :(

It's coming close - the time when I'll actually have to work. I'm looking forward to having an income again, but not as excited about re-entering the real world. I must admit, this has been nice. No more naps in the middle of the day and leisure reading; now it's time to be a productive member of society. That does get me a little excited; hopefully the job will turn out to be what I hoped/signed up for and it'll be a good learning experience. Also, I hope that I'll have a good time in Cali, adjusting to me new life!
